Before you return an Elementary product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. Let's not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect.

In spite of these variables, we stand behind the quality of our products and we will replace the product free of cost if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Please read below our return & exchange policies before you return any item.


Please note that Exchange or Refund will not be made against the non-returnable items like wash cloth, dry sheets, nursing cover, unless there is a defect or different from its description. 



Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. 


Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Charges
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.



Exchange

In case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 3 business days after we receive the earlier shipment.
